Our firm recognizes the importance of identifying opportunities to reduce or resolve delinquency whenever possible. Our loss mitigation manager has over 19 years of experience and works directly with lenders to successfully identify and facilitate various loss mitigation opportunities based on whether the debtor has the desire and means to retain ownership of the property, including Deed in Lieu, Forbearance Agreements, Loan Modification, Short-Sale, Reinstatement and Payoff opportunities. If a potential exists to convert the foreclosure to a performing asset, our competent staff will effectuate communications between the client and the borrower to assist with the preparation of necessary documentation and monitor to successful completion.
